Size guide

 

We are using the European sizing for our clothing. Dimensioned signs of 36 size base are in the table on the left. If you need any assistance before purchase in the online store, you can send us your measurements via e-mail (info@gingerjackie.ru) and we will help you to choose the right size. Also we can make-to-measure any favorite item from our collection using your own fabrics (discussed individually).

 

International shipping

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. The orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

We provide international shipping via EMS or Standart Russian Post after we receive 100% payment. We always buy tracking numbers with every order we receive.

Parcel shipping cost is calculated according to the rates of the EMS or Russian Post shipping.

If you want us to use another postal service, for example, DHL courier, shipping fee is paid by the Buyer.

​Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

 

Return policy

 

If the item doesn’t fit you may return it at your own expense and get refund excluding our primary shipping expenses.

Please note that you only may return most new item in the complete set, with all packaging and labels, in unworn/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. If you want to return an item please contact us immediately to inform about it. 

Custom made orders are not exchangeable and non-refundable.

Returns are made at the expense of the Buyer. When returning the item please provide us with the tracking number and shipping company.

Refund corresponds to the way of payment and to be fulfilled once we've received the item and verify its proper quality.
